Command Transmission & Verification Operations

 

There were no command operations in support of Voyager 1 during the period.

 

There were no command operations in support of Voyager 2 during the period due to DSS-43 downtime.

 

Sequence Generation Operations

 

 

Data Return Operations

 

Voyager 1 Data Processing and Operations:

 

There were 52.8 hours of DSN scheduled support for Voyager 1 of which 37.5 hours were large aperture coverage. There were no real-time or schedule support changes made during the period.

 

There was one significant outage of 2.5 hours on 01/09 [DOY 009] due to antenna problems at DSS-63 [DR M107056].

 

Science instrument performance was nominal for all activities during this period.  One frame of GS-4 data was recorded this week.  A second frame of GS-4 data was recorded on January 5.  The EDR backlog is 5 days.

 

 

Voyager 2 Data Processing and Operations:

 

There were 18.7 hours of DSN scheduled support for Voyager 2 of which 0 hours were large aperture coverage.  There were no real-time or schedule support changes made or significant outages during the period.

 

Science instrument performance was nominal for all activities during this period.  The EDR backlog is 6 days.

 

 

Flight System Performance

 

Voyager 1 performance was nominal during this report period.

 

Voyager 2 performance was nominal during this report period.  Activity included a PMPCAL on 1/8 (DOY 009).
